These terms apply to every subscription-enabled app published by EGK Microelectronic Solutions Group Sdn. Bhd., including EGK Wafer Yield Analyst, EGK DRC Assistant, EGK Datasheet & App Note Generator, and the rest of the EGK portfolio.

All purchases go through your Apple ID, never charged by EGK directly.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of any application published by EGK Microelectronic Solutions Group Sdn. Bhd. ("EGK", "we", "us", "our"), including but not limited to EGK Wafer Yield Analyst, EGK DRC Assistant, EGK Datasheet & App Note Generator, EGKEdgeAgenticAI, EGKAIStudyCom, EGK IsaacAIAgent, EGK TestScript AI Studio, and all other apps distributed under the EGK brand on the Apple App Store, Google Play, or directly (each an "App").
By downloading, installing, or using any App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Unless a specific App states it uses a custom EULA, all EGK Apps distributed on the Apple App Store are licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at:

Where these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA overlap, the Apple Standard EULA governs matters of license scope; these Terms govern subscription, billing, and app-specific conduct matters not addressed by Apple's EULA.
Certain EGK Apps offer an optional "Pro" tier sold as an auto-renewable subscription (monthly and/or annual plans). For each subscription product, the App displays the exact title, subscription length, and price before you are asked to purchase, in compliance with Apple App Store Review Guideline 3.1.2.
All payments are processed by Apple (or Google, for Android apps) through your App Store or Play Store account — EGK never receives or stores your payment card details. Prices shown in each App are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as determined by Apple's or Google's regional pricing tiers.
Every EGK App is designed so that core functionality — importing your own data, viewing computed results, and using the App's primary local tools — works without a subscription. Typically, only unlimited AI-generated content is gated behind a paid tier; a limited number of AI generations per day is included free of charge. Exact free-tier limits differ by App:

Subscriptions are managed entirely through your Apple ID or Google Play account, not by EGK. To manage or cancel:
Cancelling stops future renewals; you retain Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for. EGK cannot cancel, refund, or modify a subscription on your behalf — see Section 9 (Refunds).
Where an App offers a free trial or promotional pricing, the terms of that offer (duration, eligibility, and price after trial) are disclosed in the App at the time of the offer. Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription during that trial.
Many EGK Apps are built around local, on-device AI processing (via Ollama or Apple's MLX framework) specifically so that your imported data — wafer maps, characterization data, DRC/LVS logs, documents, or conversations — is processed on your own device and is not transmitted to EGK's servers or any third party as part of that processing. Subscribing to Pro does not change this: Pro unlocks usage limits and model capability, not a change in where processing occurs. Each App's specific privacy behavior is documented in our Privacy Policy.
All purchases are billed by Apple or Google, and refund requests are handled solely by them under their own refund policies. EGK does not process refunds directly. To request a refund:
We may update these Terms or subscription pricing from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date, and any price change to an active subscription will be disclosed by Apple or Google in accordance with their platform policies before it takes effect on your next renewal.
All Apps, their design, source code, and EGK branding are the property of EGK Microelectronic Solutions Group Sdn. Bhd. Content you import into an App (your wafer maps, characterization data, documents, etc.) remains your property at all times; EGK claims no ownership over it.
EGK Apps, including any AI-generated narrative, summary, or recommendation, are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AI-generated content is intended to assist, not replace, professional engineering judgment — always verify AI-narrated findings, recommendations, or drafted documents before relying on them for production, tapeout, or business decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EGK is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of an App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to an App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using any App at any time; uninstalling an App does not automatically cancel an active subscription — see Section 6.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, without prejudice to any consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your own country of residence.
