- Retention: Data remains on your device until you delete it (e.g., clearing chat history, deleting transactions) or uninstall the app.

- Permissions: Manage microphone, camera, location, HealthKit, motion, and notification permissions in your device’s Settings app.
- Data Deletion: Delete data within each app (e.g., transcripts in EGK Insight AI V2T, contacts in EGK Vendor & Customer Management) or via your file system for exported files.
- Opt-Out: Disable HealthKit, notifications, or other permissions to limit data collection.
5. Security
We use Apple’s built-in security features (e.g., local encryption, secure storage) to protect your data. However, you are responsible for securing exported files, as no method is fully secure.
6. Third-Party Software
EGK TestScript AI Studio uses the MIT-licensed Verilator for local Verilog simulation. No data is shared externally by this software.
7. Children’s Privacy
Our Apps are designed for users aged 10 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent, in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If in-app purchases or external links are added, a parental gate will be implemented to restrict access for younger users.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our Apps or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
